The website originally focused on explaining how the Forex market works and providing information about brokers, trading platforms and trading conditions. Over the years, Mundo-Forex has evolved alongside the financial markets and the different ways traders access them.
The History of Mundo-Forex
In 2016, Eduardo Montero and Adrian Perez acquired Mundo-Forex and took over the management and development of the website.
During the early years of this stage, the site focused primarily on Forex and online brokers. Mundo-Forex published broker comparisons and reviews, information about spreads and commissions, trading platforms, account types, promotions and other resources.
More recently, the growth of prop trading firms and funded trading programs has created a new area of coverage for Mundo-Forex. Today, the site also publishes prop firm comparisons, information about evaluation programs and trading rules, promotions and discount codes, as well as reviews of trading software and other tools for traders.
What We Cover
Mundo-Forex currently focuses primarily on the following areas:
- Forex and online brokers: information, comparisons and reviews covering trading conditions, platforms, spreads, commissions and other factors traders may consider when evaluating online brokers.
- Prop trading and funded accounts: reviews and comparisons of prop firms, evaluation programs, trading rules, drawdowns, payout policies and funded account conditions.

Who Is Behind Mundo-Forex?
Eduardo Montero
Eduardo Montero is a Forex and futures trader and prop trading analyst with experience in financial markets since 2014. He began trading Forex before expanding into futures and has first-hand experience with prop firm evaluations and funded trading programs.
At Mundo-Forex, Eduardo researches online brokers, proprietary trading firms, funded accounts, trading conditions and costs, trading platforms, promotions and trading tools. He also regularly monitors changes in the services and programs covered to help keep published information accurate and up to date.
